When can I expect my order?

We generally ship orders within 24-48 hours of them being placed. During busy periods such as as sales and Christmas, it may take up to 5 to 7 days for an order to ship.

You will receive tracking information when your order ships. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

At checkout, our website lists the expected number of days in transit for each shipping service based on your address.  This is for the transit time only, it does not account for time before your order leaves our fulfillment warehouse.  While the days listed are correct in most cases, they are only estimates and not guarantees.  

 

What does shipping cost?

For domestic orders, our standard shipping method is US Flat Rate.  The "flat rate" is variable depending on the types of products and number of items in the order.  Free shipping applies to orders of $100 or more. 

You can get an accurate quote by stepping through the checkout process and entering your shipping address.

How do I know if my order has shipped? Can I track it?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation and a tracking number via email.
